Delivery & Handling Charges

All charges are for single carton rates and are as follows:

For deliveries of more than one hamper to a single destination, freight is calculated at full rate for the first hamper and 50% of the rate for each hamper thereafter. Please note that for bulk orders to a single destination further discounted rates may apply. Please contact our sales office for a quote on 02 9779 1533.

Late Delivery – If an order does not arrive by the due date, please advise Charity Hampers at your earliest convenience. Charity Hampers will lodge an inquiry with the carrier and ensure that delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Delivery Date – We will attempt to deliver as close as possible to your requested delivery date. Charity Hampers uses external carriers and makes every effort to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Delivery Times – Delivering to certain areas, combined with the seasonal demand on courier and transport companies, at the time of ordering allowance should be made for delivery times as follows:

Please note that these times may change during peak seasons without further notice. As a guide only, our carriers deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only.

If you require a quicker delivery service, this can be provided. Please call us on 02 9779 1533 to arrange for a suitable courier to be arranged. Please note that this might incur additional costs.
